Who can book a consultation?
Adult women seeking medical advice about skin changes during or after menopause may book. Your clinician will determine whether the service and any ongoing care are clinically suitable for you.
Is the service available across Australia?

How much is the initial consultation?
The initial telehealth consultation fee is $39. This fee covers the consultation and clinical assessment only.
How long does the consultation take?
Approximately 20-30 minutes, depending on your concerns and clinical needs.
What should I have ready?
Please provide accurate health information, current medicines, allergies, relevant medical history and details of the skin changes you have noticed.
Does a consultation guarantee treatment?
No. Your clinician independently assesses your circumstances. A consultation does not guarantee ongoing care, a treatment plan, a prescription or any particular outcome.
What happens after my consultation?
If ongoing care is clinically appropriate, your clinician will explain the available options, expected reviews, relevant limitations and costs.
How much does ongoing clinical care cost?
Ongoing clinical care programs are approximately $39–$69 per month. Treatment and pharmacy costs, if any, are separate.
Are there different levels of care?
Yes. Silver, Gold and Platinum care options provide different levels of clinical access, monitoring and support. Your clinician will explain the appropriate options after assessment.
Am I locked into a contract?
No lock-in contracts apply to the ongoing care programs. Cancellation terms and any applicable notice requirements are explained before enrolment.
Will I receive a prescription?
Not necessarily. Any prescribing decision is made independently by your clinician and only where clinically appropriate.
Do program fees include medicines or pharmacy products?
No. Program fees relate to clinical assessment, care planning, monitoring and review. Treatment and pharmacy charges, if any, are separate.
Can I choose my own pharmacy?
Yes. If a prescription is issued, you may request a copy and use a pharmacy of your choice.
Can the clinic guarantee results?
No. Individual responses vary and no particular treatment outcome can be guaranteed.
How are consultations conducted?
Consultations are conducted securely by video. You will need a private location, reliable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone.
